Over eighty facilities, in three zones

Rather than a single clubhouse, Thomson Reserve is planned around three distinct club zones, each with its own character, spread through the grounds so that no one part of the estate carries all the activity.

Grand Clubhouse

The principal social address of the development — the arrival experience and the gathering rooms at the heart of the site.

Island Club

The water zone, built around the pools and the landscaped islands that run through the middle of the grounds.

Wellness Club

The quieter end: fitness, recovery and the green edges of the site facing the nature reserve.

The full facilities list is released at preview. The developer's e-brochure confirms the three zones and states over 80 facilities in total, but does not itemise them. Nothing further is published here until the site plan is issued — register for it.
