Read this before the table. The four plans below are not Thomson Reserve floor plans. Huttons publishes them as a reference guide, and each one is taken from a different completed project by the same developers — Meyer Blue, Skye at Holland and Parktown Residence. They are useful for judging roughly what a two- or four-bedroom from this group of developers feels like at that area. They are not a specification, they will be replaced the moment the real ones are issued, and Thomson Reserve's actual layouts and areas may differ in every dimension.

Collections

Twenty-one storeys, or thirty

Classic Collection — four towers, 21 storeys. The larger of the two collections, sitting closer to the landscaped grounds and the club zones.

Luxury Collection — two towers, 30 storeys. The taller pair, rising nine storeys above the Classic towers.

The four-bedroom premium types and the five-bedroom suite are served by private lifts opening into the home.
